Delivery terms

Delivery is carried out:

1) To Taldykorgan within 2 working days after the application is received (if the product is in stock) at a time convenient for you or by agreement with the manager of the online store on any other day.

2) In case of non-cash payment, the order is sent to production the next day after the money is received on our settlement account.

3) Check with the manager of the online store for the possibility of delivery on the same day (depending on the workload of the delivery service). 

4) A mandatory condition for placing an order is that the customer checks the product when accepting the order in the presence of the delivery department staff.

5) Orders placed after 15:00 are processed the next day.

6) The delivery service in Taldykorgan operates on Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Sunday is a day off.

The cost of delivery in Taldykorgan is as follows:

1) When ordering a product through an online store for more than 200,000 tenge, delivery is free.

2) When ordering a product for less than 200,000 tenge
